HUAMEI works with B2B project-based pricing and does not publish retail prices. Use the REQUEST QUOTE button on any product, or send your hardware schedule / drawings through the contact form — our team will respond with a tailored quotation.
What is the response time for an enquiry?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours on working days. Complex drawing reviews may take slightly longer; we will confirm timing when we receive your files.
Which file types can I submit with my enquiry?
Drawings in PDF, DWG or DXF and images in JPG or PNG are welcome, up to 10 MB per file. If your files are larger, mention it in your message and we will provide an upload channel.
Do you keep stock in Malaysia?
Yes. HUAMEI operates warehouse / showroom locations in Melaka, Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur and Kuching, with buffer stock of fast-moving lines and scheduled replenishment from FELINE.
What warranty do HUAMEI products carry?
HUAMEI hardware systems are covered by a 5-year product warranty. Warranty terms per product line are stated in the catalog and order documents.
Can I become a distributor outside Malaysia?
HUAMEI is FELINE's sole general agent for Malaysia and primarily serves Malaysia and Singapore. For other markets, contact us — we will route your request to the appropriate channel.
